- a kilogram of any meat;
- 3 onions;
- about 150 grams of butter;
- 3-4 tablespoons of water;

It is important to thoroughly clean the piece of meat from everything unnecessary - films, veins and other unnecessary elements so that the dish turns out as soft as possible.

Fry the meat in a frying pan with oil. It is better to cut the onion into larger pieces and lay it in a layer on the meat. Add butter and water.
