When people talk about baked fruits, they usually mean apples with cottage cheese – this is a dessert that has been known since time immemorial, but not original.
There is another option – a representative of gourmet cuisine – pear baked with cheese and shrimp. Be sure to save the recipe.
Wash, dry and cut the pears in half. Remove the core and use a teaspoon to partially remove some of the pulp to accommodate the filling.
Next, you need to boil the shrimp in salted water, cool them, peel them and chop them finely.
Sprinkle chopped seafood with spices and stir.
Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix some of it with a raw egg, add the shrimp, stir and stuff the pears with the mixture, sprinkling the remaining grated cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the ingredients in it for 10-15 minutes.
Considering that portions may be smaller or larger, cooking time may also vary.
Bon appetit!
