Potatoes with mushrooms are tasty, but boring. When neither stewed nor baked potatoes are enough, there is one more, not the most “sour” option.
Save the recipe for making potato and mushroom muffins. It's easier to make than it seems.
Peeled potatoes should be boiled in salted water, and then mashed with warm milk and a raw egg.
Mushrooms are cut into medium cubes.
Peel the onion, chop it, fry it until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry everything for 10-15 minutes.
Wash the greens and chop finely, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix all ingredients (except cheese) with puree, stir, place in molds treated with oil, preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake muffins for 30 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
Bon appetit!
