It is believed that such can be prepared either with yeast dough or with the obligatory addition of eggs. But this is a misconception.

Here's how to mix the dough for fluffy pancakes without eggs and yeast.

To prepare you will need:

  • 200 ml kefir;
  • 160 g flour;
  • 1 tsp sugar;
  • ½ tsp soda;
  • ⅓ tsp salt.

How to cook

Take the kefir out of the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up to room temperature.

Then pour the required amount into a bowl, add salt and sugar, mix. The main thing is not to try to make the pancakes too sweet - the more sugar in the dough, the flatter the pancakes will be.

Then you need to sift the flour, mixing the mass, and at the end you need to add soda and mix the dough thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, spoon in the dough and bake the pancakes.

Serve with sour cream, berries, jam or condensed milk.
