Ingredients:
1. In a bowl, mix kefir, chicken egg, vegetable oil, granulated sugar and salt.
2. Add pre-sifted flour to the mixture. Mix the ingredients until you get a soft dough.
3. The workpiece is rolled out. The thickness of the layer is approximately 1 cm. The circles are cut out using a glass or other convenient device.
4. Fry the circles until golden brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
