These cutlets are quick and easy to prepare and are incredibly tasty, juicy and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • Any minced meat 1 kg;
  • Onions 2 pcs.;
  • Fresh garlic 2 cloves;
  • Water 200-300 ml;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Rock salt;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Seasonings to taste.

Add chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, spices to taste and water to the minced meat.

Mix well and beat the minced meat.

Then, put it in the refrigerator overnight and form the cutlets.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, line it with parchment paper and place the meat pieces on it.

Bake the cutlets in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
