Method of preparation:
Pour cold water over small cucumbers and leave for several hours.
Then cut into circles.
Place dill florets, horseradish leaves, allspice peas and mustard seeds in sterile jars.
Place cucumbers, chopped onions and garlic cloves on top in layers.
Immediately pour boiling water over the cucumbers, cover with sterile lids and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Next, drain the water from the jars, dissolve table salt and sugar in it and bring to a boil, then pour in the vinegar.
Pour this brine over the cucumbers and seal the lids tightly.
Turn over and wrap the jars with a blanket and cool them.
