It is believed that the simplest salad is vinaigrette. Vegetables are inexpensive, preparation is simple and even a child can handle it.
However, there is a dish even simpler than vinaigrette, the main ingredient of which is sauerkraut - a salad called "Village".
Of all the ingredients, the only one that will require a lot of effort is boiling the potatoes. They are cooked in their skins, peeled, and chopped, just like for the vinaigrette.
The peeled onion should be cut into cubes or half rings.
It is better to use small and dense mushrooms for salad, but they also need to be chopped finely.
Next, mix all the ingredients, add sauerkraut and season the salad with vegetable oil. Add salt and sugar to taste.
Important! It is better to use sauerkraut rather than pickled cabbage.
Bon appetit!
