If you don't want to go to the store every day to buy a jar of yogurt, make it yourself.

To make classic yogurt, you don’t even need a special device like a yogurt maker.

Instead, stock up on the necessary ingredients - a liter of milk with a fat content of up to 3.5% and 100 grams of yogurt and you can start cooking.

The milk must be heated to a temperature no higher than 40 degrees, after which you should add yogurt and mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.

The mass can be poured into portions into separate containers, or left in a common container.

Cover the container with cling film, wrap it up and take it to a warm place. Here the future yogurt should spend at least 12 hours.

After the specified time, move the container with yogurt to the refrigerator. It will take another 8 hours to cool.
