  • Cow's milk - 500 ml.
  • Wheat flour - 200 grams.
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil - 4 tablespoons.
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon.
  • Crystal sugar - 2 tablespoons.
  • Rock salt - 1 teaspoon.
  • Hard cheese - 150 grams.
  • Fresh dill.

Method of preparation

First beat the eggs, sugar and salt, pour in the warm milk and mix everything thoroughly.

Then add sifted flour, baking powder to the mixture and use a blender or whisk to beat all the ingredients until there are no lumps.

Add sunflower oil and finely grated hard cheese to the finished dough, mix again with a blender to chop the cheese even more.

You can fry cheese pancakes in a non-stick frying pan and serve.
