Also, the product must be washed in any case, and the film and bile ducts removed, so that there is no bitterness.

You can get rid of the specific taste and smell by keeping the liver in cold milk for two hours.

It is important not to overcook the liver while frying, otherwise the dish will be dry and tough.

Salt is added only at the very end of cooking.

If you want to get a more tender and soft treat, then you need to add just one teaspoon of honey or sugar when frying.

You can also stew or even boil the liver. The latter option is perfect if you need to add such a component to salads, casseroles or pastries.
