A marinade can transform a dish, as this simple recipe for baked duck confirms.
The treat will become truly festive if you coat the bird with this marinade.
Marinade for duck is prepared from:
1. In a separate bowl, grate or crush the garlic using a press.
2. Grate the ginger, add pepper and soy sauce. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
3. Duck legs or drumsticks (560 g) are placed in the prepared marinade and covered with cling film. The product is placed in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Bake the duck under foil in the oven for 70-80 minutes at 190 °C.
5. After the specified time, remove the legs (drumsticks) from the oven, grease with honey and put back for 10 minutes, removing the foil.
