After all, compared to a store-bought chocolate bar, a homemade bar is enough to treat the whole family.
To do this you will need:
Combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a suitable bowl. Beat the resulting mixture with a blender until soft peaks form.
For the next step, you will need a frying pan, into which you need to pour water and add sugar. The mixture should be cooked on a low heat until you get syrup.
After that, add the lemon juice and remove the pan from the heat. Leave it for a while so that the contents of the pan turn yellow a little.
After this, pour the resulting syrup into the whipped egg whites in a thin stream, all the while whisking the mixture with a blender.
The thick and smooth mass must be poured into the mold (don’t forget to cover it with parchment paper first).
The chocolate needs to be melted in the microwave or in a water bath, after which it will be poured over the future cake.
