Bullying can be called one of the most pressing problems that, unfortunately, many schoolchildren face.

Due to aggression from peers, students experience stress, fear and are forced to struggle with neuroses.

Today we'll share a couple of tips to help you deal with bullying.

The first thing anyone who has been bullied should do is realize that the person who bullied them is probably deeply unhappy themselves.

If a person is whole and satisfied with his life, he is unlikely to pay attention to others and will definitely not try to make every effort to ruin someone's existence.

The second step, if you can call it that, is to stop paying attention to the offenders.

If someone says nasty things to you, walk away and show absolutely no reaction. When the victim stops reacting, the bullying becomes less interesting.

But this doesn’t mean that you should remain alone with your emotions – be sure to talk to someone so as not to keep the pain and resentment inside.

If you don't have such a person in your circle, look for contacts of anti-bullying organizations. They usually have a helpline - you can dial its number and tell them about your problem.

Remember: there are no hopeless situations - in extreme cases, you can change schools and start from scratch.

Transferring to a new educational institution only at first glance seems like a difficult task. In fact, it is not that difficult to do – but by changing the environment, you will be able to forget about bullying and breathe freely.
