If you want your child to wake up active and in a good mood throughout the day, make his morning a truly good one.
Every morning you can start, for example, by opening the curtains and turning on pleasant music – it could be your baby’s favorite melody or the sounds of nature.
By “noise” here we mean the steps and voices (not shouts) of relatives, the clinking of dishes, the gurgling of water or the whistle of a boiling kettle, etc.
If all this does not prevent the child from sleeping, try calling him tenderly, stroking his cheeks, arms and legs. While doing this, tenderly say: "Legs, it's time to get up! Cheeks, it's time to smile!" etc.
To make getting up in the morning easier, come up with some interesting task in the evening.
This could be going to an entertainment center, making pancakes together, etc.
If it is difficult to come up with interesting things for every day, try gluing stickers into an album after waking up, and when you have collected a certain number of them, fulfill your child’s small wish.
Earlier we talked about why small children shouldn’t watch TV.
