At a temperature of +22 degrees, the baby begins to feel uncomfortable. If the thermometer rises above +30 degrees, there is a danger to the baby's health.
Parents should remember that overheating and heat stroke occur quickly and unnoticed.
If we talk about a closed room, for example, a car, this can happen in literally 10 minutes: after this time, at a temperature of +27 degrees outside, the temperature in the closed car reaches 43 degrees.
If you are going to get out of the car – even for a short time – take your child with you.
If the car is moving, it is cooled by the air flow. But this does not mean that you should not monitor the temperature in the cabin.
Is there an air conditioner in your car? Then use it. It is better to place the baby cradle in the back, behind the driver's seat, since the baby can easily catch a cold in the front seat.
If the car does not have air conditioning, open the windows halfway - on the side opposite the child. This will make it cooler inside, and dust will not fly onto the baby.
Previously, we wrote about how to tell a child about the death of a pet.
