What Should Parents of a Schoolchild Feel Tired Do?

First, contact a pediatrician and a psychologist who will help you choose the necessary specialist and prescribe the necessary examinations.

Secondly, try to reduce stress fusion – at a minimum, keep the arguments that occur at home to a minimum.

Thirdly, focus on developing your child’s strong-willed qualities.

Fourthly, choose a suitable way to relax together with your son or daughter. But it is better to wait with extracurricular activities - leave only those activities that are interesting to your child and refuse clubs that cause strong excitement.

Fifth, try to distract your child from gadgets and at least move their use to daytime – no later than 2 hours before bedtime.
