Children may become nervous before the first day of school, while preparing for an exam, and for other reasons related to school.

But in such situations, you should not rush to give the child sedatives.

It should be taken into account that to date there are no studies that prove that such tools help to concentrate on lessons.

This statement was made in a conversation with the publication “ Gazeta.Ru ” by pediatrician Zlata Kazarinova.

She recommended taking care in advance to ensure that the child feels comfortable before a stressful event. In such a situation, it is best to visit a child psychologist.

Kazarinova recalled that sometimes students can lose sleep and appetite even several months before exams.

It is simply impossible to ignore such a condition.

You should also contact a psychologist if the student has developed chronic fatigue or his behavior has changed.
