Every parent wants their child to grow up as a healthy, well-rounded person.

But to achieve this, you need to devote time to your child.

At the same time, you shouldn’t think that it’s too early to start working with a baby and that you need to wait until the child grows up.

For example, speech skills are already being developed during this period.

This is why mothers and fathers of babies should read to them every day.

Scientists note that if you start reading to babies at two weeks of age, they will begin to demonstrate language skills by five to nine months.

They will understand speech better and will also begin to demonstrate better non-verbal responses to speech.

Experts came to these conclusions thanks to an experiment in which families with children took part.

The scientists published the results of the study in The Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine.
