Doctor Marina Tsareva explained why children are increasingly being diagnosed with anemia.
She shared the details with the Public News Service.
According to the specialist, the whole point is that various diets are in fashion now. This could be vegetarianism, strict calorie counting, and so on.
But at the same time, many mothers and fathers can transfer their nutrition model to their child.
But they forget that it is dangerous. After all, a growing person's diet should be varied so that he can get vitamins and useful elements from different foods.
The fact is that if a child is faced with anemia, he quickly gets tired, gets dizzy, and may also have problems with organs.
But you can take preventive measures to keep your kids healthy. To do this, you need to add fruits and some other products to your children's diet.
As Tsareva noted, the menu should include bananas, apples, oranges, kiwi, pomegranates, as well as yolks, nuts, liver and beans.
