The answer to the question of how much coffee you can drink per day was found by Dr. Uma Naidoo, a lecturer at Harvard Medical School.
She was also able to find out what effect this drink has on health.
The expert relied on data from several studies, which allowed her to come to the conclusion that this drink can be called beneficial rather than harmful.
The main thing is to follow just a few rules when using it.
Naidoo is convinced that you can drink 2 to 4 cups of coffee daily without harming your health. Thus, the amount of caffeine entering the body should not exceed 400 mg.
In addition, to prepare the drink, you should use only freshly ground beans.
Try to drink coffee without sugar. In the same case, if you want to diversify the taste of the drink, try adding cinnamon, dark chocolate or turmeric to it.
One last piece of advice: listen to your body's signals when drinking coffee. If you feel more jittery after drinking a cup of espresso in the morning, consider cutting back on the amount of coffee you drink.
