How beautiful, long and healthy your hair will be directly depends on the blood supply to the scalp.
A simple head massage will help improve blood circulation. Below you will find detailed instructions.
1. First, knead the brow ridges by making light squeezing movements from the bridge of the nose to the temples with the pads of your thumb and index finger.
2. Now it's the turn of the area behind the ears in the area of the mammillary processes. Perform circular movements here with the pads of 2-3 fingers.
3. Return to your forehead. Press the palms of both hands on your forehead and “stroke” yourself several times, moving from your brow ridges to your hairline.
4. Move on to the hairy part of the head. Use your fingertips to touch the hairline on your forehead and, as if combing, move towards the back of your head. You can shake your hair slightly.
5. Using one hand and resting on your thumb, make circular motions with the pads of your index and middle fingers. Move from the crown of your head to your hairline.
6. With one hand, or more precisely, the palm, perform circular kneading movements over the entire surface of the scalp. For convenience, use the other hand as a support for the head.
7. Place one palm on the crown of the head, the other on the back of the head, spread your fingers and start moving the scalp in different directions. Massage with both hands at the same time.
8. The final stage: the hands remain in the same position, only now you need to move the hairy part of the head with your hands towards each other.
