If a hangover does occur, then you need to take methods that will help improve your well-being.

WHO representative in Russia Melita Vujnovic spoke about what is best to do in this case, TASS writes.

As the specialist noted, after a stormy feast, you need to rest more and drink a lot of clean water.

Lunch should be healthy, light, rich in vitamins. You can include salty soup in the menu to restore the electrolytes that were lost.

If you are experiencing serious hangover symptoms, you should see a doctor.

Vujnovic recommended not to overdo it with alcohol to avoid a hangover.

She reminded that alcohol intensifies the symptoms of existing diseases.

If you want to raise a glass on New Year's Eve, it's better to limit yourself to just one drink.

Next, harmful drinks should be replaced with water or apple juice. In this case, the consequences will not be serious.
