Narcologist Daniil Petrov explained in a conversation with Lenta.ru that this is definitely not something to do.

The whole point is that any physical activity or too high a temperature in this condition will only lead to problems with blood pressure and heart.

In addition, do not expect that a heavy, fatty breakfast will save you. When you have a hangover, your diet should be light, rich in proteins and vitamins, to restore your reserves.

You can't drink strong tea or coffee. You should also avoid energy drinks. They harm the nervous system and lead to greater dehydration.

You should not prescribe medications to yourself, otherwise you can only cause harm.

But the worst way, as Petrov noted in a conversation with journalists, is a "hangover", when a new dose of alcohol enters the body. After all, this is how binges and addictions begin.
