But strength training should not be viewed only as having a positive effect on the body.

Why visiting a gym can be dangerous

But such an incident often occurs due to the fault of a beginner who overestimates his strength or uses equipment incorrectly.

Another disadvantage of training for beginners is using weights that are beyond their skill level.

Some also believe that excessive strength training leads to a decrease in aerobic endurance.

But still, the advantages of working out in the gym outweigh the disadvantages.
