American researchers conducted an experiment and stated that brushing teeth may be associated with brain aging.

It's all about the number of cleanings per day.

As it turns out, men and women who do not brush their teeth every day, but ignore such an important and simple procedure, are 65 percent more likely to develop dementia compared to those who practice daily oral hygiene.

Scientists also explained how many times a day you should brush your teeth.

As doctors have stated, repeating the procedure twice a day is too little.

They recommended cleaning three times a day.

The publication " KTV-Luch " writes about this.

In addition, experts noted that they found a connection between the brain and gums, which is related to the activation of the immune system.

When harmful bacteria actively attack the gums and remain on them for a long time, inflammation is possible, which ultimately leads to dementia.
