If hair falls out in small amounts every day, this is normal.

A person can lose up to 100 hairs per day. But if the volumes are larger, the problem begins to bother you, and the condition of your hair is frightening, then you should immediately contact a specialist.

After all, the condition of your hair is an indicator of your health.

Dermatologist Alexandra Fileva spoke about this in more detail during a conversation with representatives of the Izvestia publication.

The doctor noted that problems may be associated with stress, vitamin deficiency, disruption of internal organs, and taking certain medications may also lead to hair loss.

Fileva emphasized in an interview that with androgenetic alopecia, hair becomes thinner, thinner, weaker, and falls out in certain areas. If hair falls out for a long time, then the problem is most often associated with this disease.

Problems with the thyroid gland also cause hair to fall out, break, and become dull.

The doctor also included anemia in the list of diseases that cause hair loss. But the disease can only be detected by taking a blood test.
