As the specialist noted, it is advisable to lay the person on his side, but at the same time raise his head a little. It is also necessary to ensure normal access to oxygen.

If a man or woman has difficulty breathing, then the collar should be unbuttoned, the window should be opened. If it is cold, then the person should be covered with a blanket or outerwear.

You can't give the person water or food until the specialists arrive. The thing is, there is a big risk that he will simply choke, since a stroke causes serious problems with the swallowing function.

If the patient has lost consciousness, you can try to bring him to his senses. You can give him ammonia to smell.

In addition, as Romanenko emphasized, if a person has stopped breathing, then cardiopulmonary resuscitation is necessary. But this can only be done if the appropriate skills are available.
