There are a number of symptoms that can help identify cancer at an early stage.
Honored Doctor of Russia, professor, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Oksana Drapkina told in her Telegram channel how not to miss cancer.
As the doctor explained, you should be wary if you experience symptoms such as constant fatigue, sudden and unexplained weight loss, enlarged or painful lymph nodes, problems with swallowing, hoarseness or cough, skin changes, digestive problems, chronic pain, unexplained bleeding and problems with urination.
Rapid weight loss, for example, is often observed in cases of stomach, pancreatic and lung cancer.
Changes in the skin may indicate melanoma, and problems with swallowing may indicate cancer of the larynx or esophagus.
Problems with urination may be a sign of prostate or bladder cancer.
The presence of one or more of the above-mentioned signs does not necessarily mean the presence of a tumor, the doctor noted.
