Who shouldn't eat chocolate
As Starodubova explained, it is strictly forbidden for children under 3 years of age to consume chocolate and other products made from cocoa beans and their derivatives.
Children of preschool and primary school age can have a little bit, if there are no contraindications, the nutritionist clarified.
Individual intolerance is also a contraindication to the consumption of chocolate.
Pregnant and lactating women should limit their chocolate consumption.
Those with chronic medical conditions should consult a physician before consuming cocoa products.
