How to prepare the filling

To prepare the filling, you will need hard cheese and hard-boiled eggs - both of these ingredients should be grated using a grater with large holes.

Add finely chopped herbs and a little soft butter to the resulting mass, as well as salt and black pepper – to taste.

How to make minced meat

The minced meat for zrazy is made from a mixture of several types of meat - it can be pork and beef or pork and chicken. A piece of loaf soaked in water and squeezed out of excess moisture, as well as chopped onion and garlic are also added to it.
