Any housewife can find a couple of plastic containers in her kitchen.
Despite all their convenience, such containers have a serious drawback - after the first use they lose their original appearance, even if you wash them thoroughly by hand.
To avoid having to change containers every few weeks, we suggest you use the life hack for removing stains from plastic presented in this article.
Take a dirty container, fill it with warm water and add two tablespoons of dishwashing liquid. You should also add torn paper towels (can be replaced with napkins).
Close the container tightly with a lid and shake it – quite a long time, about a minute. As a result, you will notice that the stains will disappear without a trace.
This method works because of the high concentration of detergent, the mechanical action (more intense than with a regular sponge), and the ability of paper towels to absorb grease and oil, preventing them from re-depositing on the plastic.
However, it should be noted that this method is suitable only for fresh stains. In the case of old stains, it will, alas, be ineffective, so do not leave containers languishing in the sink for several days waiting for cleaning.
