It would seem that nothing could be simpler than making tea. But even this simple task has its own nuances.
Few people perform the necessary procedures properly.
The result should be a drink with all its inherent taste properties and health benefits.
But, alas, in most cases many of these properties are lost. And we don’t even notice.
The water temperature should be between 95 and 100 degrees Celsius.
The drink needs to be infused for three to five minutes.
By the way, Europeans call this tea black. The Chinese call it red.
The fact is that after steeping, the tea acquires a rich red-brown color and a pronounced aroma.
The strength of the tea can be determined by the amount of brewing.
For lovers of a rich drink, 2-3 tablespoons of loose tea per 500 ml teapot are recommended.
If you prefer weaker tea, 2-3 teaspoons per teapot of the same volume is enough.
Pour in the selected amount of tea leaves and let it brew.
It is considered the most beneficial for health. It has medicinal properties.
The water temperature should be between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius, and the steeping time should be 1-3 minutes.
For 180 ml of water you need one teaspoon of loose tea. Pour it into the teapot.
If the leaves are large, you can add one tablespoon of tea leaves.
Boil. If we have Chinese green tea, then after boiling we need to wait for about eight minutes, if Japanese - about ten minutes.
Then we pour water over the tea leaves and cover the teapot with a lid.
Wait 1-3 minutes. Then pour the drink into a cup.
