Let's get started: did you know that acetone is great for removing stains from tiles in the bathroom and kitchen?
To remove stains, simply wet a sponge with a small amount of nail polish remover and wipe the dirty areas with it. The stains come off without much effort, and the smell of acetone quickly disappears, especially if you turn on the hood or open the door to the room.
Erases marker
Or maybe you know that a cotton pad soaked in acetone can erase marker from any surface – walls, leather furniture, car upholstery? At the end of cleaning, do not forget to wipe the cleaned area with a damp cloth or rag.
This trick can be used on glass, leather, laminated surfaces and some types of fabric, but first check whether acetone will damage the material.
Removes paint
If you have ever painted window frames and paint has gotten on the glass, you can also use nail polish remover.
Apply the product to the stained area and leave for a few minutes – eventually the paint will come off easily.
