It's cooler there, so it becomes much easier to fall asleep.

A person who slept on the floor all night will definitely feel well rested in the morning.

Why is it cooler on the floor? The answer is simple: warm air rises, resulting in conditions suitable for sleeping in the lower part of the room.

Therefore, it makes sense to put the mattress directly on the floor. Ready to sleep on a hard surface? Then it is enough to put a blanket.
