If you put a few tablets of activated charcoal in a boot, shoe or sneaker, you will achieve an interesting effect.
This way, your shoes will be freed from the unpleasant odor that occurs due to the accumulation of sweat.
This effect can be explained very simply: activated carbon is an excellent sorbent that absorbs excess “aromas” and removes excess moisture.
In addition, this product is absolutely safe.
The procedure is not as simple as it may seem at first glance.
First, the shoes need to be wiped from the inside. It is advisable to use a damp cloth for this.
Then you need to take a paper napkin and put 5 whole or crushed tablets of activated charcoal on it.
The paper material with its contents must be turned into a cone, a ball or a flat rectangle.
In this form, the napkin should be placed in boots/shoes/boots/sneakers/trainers. For each pair, there should be two paper balls or rectangles with activated carbon.
It is advisable to leave the paper with the sorbent in the shoe for several hours. Or better yet, for a day. Then the unpleasant smell will definitely be eliminated.
Earlier we explained why you should put soap in your shoes after a walk.
