Because the starch will "absorb" the stain, it will become much less noticeable or even disappear completely. An important condition: the stain must be fresh.
If you want to remove a greasy stain, prepare a mixture of 50 ml of milk and 4 tablespoons of starch. Let this paste sit on the stained fabric overnight, after which it should be removed, along with the grease stain.
Getting rid of unpleasant odors
If you are faced with the problem of a repulsive smell appearing in your apartment, including from your shoes, try sprinkling the source of the unpleasant “aroma” with starch and leaving it for a few hours, or if possible, overnight.
