The only exception is if your windows are made of a chlorine-resistant type of plastic, but this is so rare that it is better not to risk it.
The whole point is that a strong oxidizer, which is "Whiteness", is capable of corroding plastic or its upper layers. As a result, the material will become cloudy or at least micropores will form on it.
Although they may not be noticeable from the outside, over time they will become filled with dust and dirt, which will make the appearance of the windows less than ideal, as will their service life.
