Stainless steel pots are increasingly common in modern kitchens, but enamelware is not going to give up its positions.

And this is not surprising: if you take proper care of such products, they will look like new for many years.

If your saucepan has darkened inside or turned yellow, try using the advice in this article. By the way, it is also good for getting rid of carbon deposits and burnt food residues.

To whiten the inside of an enamel pan, use hydrogen peroxide and detergent.

The process is very simple. First, you need to fill the pot with water, leaving 2 centimeters from the edge.

Now you need to add hydrogen peroxide (100 milliliters is enough for 2.5 liters of liquid).

Place the pan on the stove and set the heat to medium. Add a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid and stir well.

Stay close to the stove when the contents of the pan begin to boil - you are needed to control the foam formation, otherwise it risks overflowing.

Once boiling, reduce heat. Leave the pan for 40-90 minutes (depending on the degree of contamination), then remove the pan from the stove and drain the liquid.

All that remains is to thoroughly rinse the pan under running water, and you can use it to create new culinary masterpieces.
