Boiling the husk

Fill the pan with water and add onion peel and vinegar. Then bring the mixture to a boil.

Infusion of the husk

After boiling, remove the pan from the stove and leave the husks to soak in water for several hours or even overnight to obtain a rich color.

Cleaning eggs

The eggs are thoroughly cleaned of dirt and grease to ensure better penetration of the paint.

Tying eggs with husks

Each egg is tied with a piece of onion skin using string or cheesecloth to create unique patterns and textures.

Boiling eggs

The tied eggs are placed in a pan with the prepared peels and boiled for about 15-20 minutes until they reach the desired color.

Cooling and removal of the binding

The cooled eggs are carefully removed from the pan, after which the tying is removed.

The result is a beautiful patterned coating created using onion peel. You can skip the binding, in which case the eggs will be evenly colored.
