Stainless steel cookware is one of the most popular and sought-after types of kitchen utensils due to its strength, durability and resistance to corrosion.

However, like any dishware, it requires proper care, especially in terms of washing and cleaning.

To prevent stainless steel cookware from darkening after cleaning, it should be washed in warm water using regular dishwashing detergent.

However, you should avoid using hard brushes, as they may scratch the surface.

Washing powders, products intended for cleaning plumbing fixtures and cooking surfaces are also prohibited – all of them can damage the surface of the dishes.

Instead, use a soft sponge or cloth to remove unsightly streaks.

If food is burnt on, it can be easily removed with a baking soda solution.

To do this, pour boiling water into a saucepan or frying pan and add a few spoons of soda. After this, the food residue will begin to flake off and can be removed with a soft sponge.

If the carbon deposits are too strong, you can add water and soda to the container and boil the resulting mixture.
And the last piece of advice – don’t forget to dry the dishes thoroughly after washing, this will significantly extend their service life.
