Here are some tips.
- Contact the dispatcher. This is the most obvious thing you can do. In modern elevators, such a button is added in the most visible place.
- Call for help. If the button doesn't work, shout loudly.
- Observe safety precautions. Never try to get out of the elevator on your own. Do not jump or make sudden movements.
- Stay calm. If you are tired of standing, sit on the floor.
- Wait for the team to arrive. This usually happens within 30 minutes.
