After the New Year holidays, pleasant memories and fallen needles from a natural Christmas tree remain.
Perhaps this is the only drawback of New Year's decoration of a house or apartment. We will tell you what you can do with fallen pine needles.
The easiest way that summer residents will appreciate is to shake off all the needles, collect them and use them in the future on your site as mulch.
This supplement can be used all season long, if not longer.
Important point!
The needles repel slugs and snails, they do not accumulate moisture, and therefore such mulch will not cause the formation of mold and mildew.
You can make a pine infusion by boiling the needles for 15 minutes, letting it sit for 2-3 days, straining and storing in a cool, dark place.
Gardeners use the finished concentrate for watering, diluting it with water in a ratio of 1:10.
Earlier we told you what you shouldn’t do on January 9th to avoid trouble.
