Any experienced housewife knows the importance of washing the coffee maker after each use.
If you don’t do this, then in just a week it will become so dirty that it will be quite difficult to wash it.
Also, many owners of this equipment know about the need to remove limescale.
This needs to be done every month, otherwise excessive limescale build-up can cause the device to break down.
To remove limescale, fill the tank with a mixture of vinegar and water in a 1:1 ratio.
Next, you need to start the brewing cycle, prepare half of the resulting "mixture" and turn off the coffee maker. After an hour, turn on the coffee maker and finish the second half.
The used vinegar solution can be poured into the sink. After that, the container with the filter should be thoroughly rinsed.
Then, pour plain water into the tank and run three brewing cycles without adding coffee, with 5-minute breaks in between.
