There may be quite a lot of plaque in the toilet, but don’t despair – there are plenty of ways to combat it.
It appears due to the proliferation of bacteria, hard water and too long a break between cleaning the toilet.
Chlorine is not always effective as it is better suited for bleaching surfaces.
Let's take a look at two inexpensive products that can be used to clean a toilet or remove stains.
It is enough to apply soda to the contaminated areas and wait for the product to take effect – in most cases it takes 15 minutes.
Next, pour vinegar on top of the soda. A reaction will begin, during which an acid will form, easily dealing with the most persistent stains.
Then all that remains is to simply wipe the toilet with a sponge and rinse it several times with clean water. Finally, you can finish cleaning with citric acid.
Earlier we discussed the topic of why soda is added to wine.
