In winter, carpet cleaning can be done either at a dry cleaner's or in the snow. However, in the second case, you can only refresh the product and get rid of dust. Snow will not remove stubborn stains.
To avoid taking your carpet to the dry cleaner, use folk remedies that allow you to dry clean it at home.
This does not require aggressive chemicals; all the necessary products are available in the kitchen.
1. First, you need to vacuum the carpet and remove other types of dirt to avoid making more dirt. It is enough to vacuum the carpet.
2. Mix equal parts table vinegar and water, pour the solution into a spray bottle.
3. Start treating the stains or the carpet as a whole. Allow the product to soak into the pile, leaving it for 15 minutes.
4. Dissolve 2-3 drops of dishwashing detergent in a bucket of warm water and mix thoroughly.
5. Clean the carpet by rinsing the sponge or brush in the prepared solution.
This method allows you to clean and refresh your carpet without even removing it from the floor.
