In your home you can probably find more than one pair of shoes: winter, summer, sports, home, which makes the issue of storing slippers and boots especially acute.
As ADVICE.NEWS reports, it is, of course, better to store shoes as in a store – on a shelf, in boxes, on a spacer.
The most classic storage method is cardboard shoe boxes.
It is better if the box has a small hole for air circulation - shoes made of any material should “breathe”.
The advantages of boxes are that they are easy to stack on top of each other and they protect from dust and sunlight.
Special shelves for shoes. The simplest option is stationary.
Each cabinet has horizontal shelves; they are secured with bolts. Pull-out shelves are attached to the profile.
Why should shelves be on rollers? The answer is simple: it will be much easier for you to get the pair you need.
If you don't have enough space, no problem.
When cleaning in winter or summer, use paper or cloth bags.
It is better to have a separate one for each pair.
If you have limited storage space, create space in the bottom of your closet.
Everyday seasonal shoes don't need to be put in boxes and taken out every day.
Store shoes, sneakers and ballet flats on the bottom shelf, and attach boots and thigh-high boots to hangers using clothespins.
