Step one: vacuum
First, you need to remove excess dust and all dirt from your home, treat areas with unpleasant odors, and so on.
You can use carpet cleaning products or folk remedies (vinegar, soda, salt).
Step two: cleaning
The carpet on the snow should be laid out with the pile facing down. Only loose and clean snow will do, not compacted or covered with an icy crust.
Sprinkle snow on the back of the carpet and quickly push it into the surface.
Turn the carpet over and brush off the snow.
Step three: bring it home
Often, after snow removal, carpets are left standing in the corners so that a clean carpet can be laid out for the holiday.
