Limescale in a kettle is an unpleasant but fairly common occurrence.
The problem must be dealt with immediately, otherwise the quality of the water will deteriorate and the device itself will last less.
How to get rid of scale
There are three effective and inexpensive products that will quickly help you get your kettle in order.
Citric acid
It is enough to pour two spoons into the teapot and fill it with water. After that, you need to bring the water to a boil and leave it to cool for an hour or two.
After this time, you should wash the dishes with a sponge.
Vinegar
It is necessary to mix it with water and bring to a boil in a kettle (100 ml of 9% table vinegar should be taken for each liter of water).
Once the fire is turned off, leave the water in the kettle for two hours and then pour it out. You can then wash the kettle with any dishwashing detergent.
Soda
Sweet and popular soda is great for fighting scale.
You need to leave the bottle open for a few hours. When there are no more gas bubbles, you need to boil the liquid in a kettle.
This is enough to remove plaque. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated.
Then all that remains is to remove the remaining soda from the kettle.
