How to remove carbon deposits from a frying pan or saucepan: an “unhackneyed” method with starch

It doesn’t matter what quality the cookware in your kitchen is – after active use, even the most expensive pans and pots become covered in carbon deposits.

The unpleasant-looking black substance is nothing more than the result of the high temperature that has affected the dishes.

Of course, you can try to clean your kitchen utensils with dishwashing liquid.

If it suddenly turns out to be powerless, try using folk methods - you have nothing to lose anyway.

And starch, a product familiar to all housewives, will help restore the lost shine to dishes.

By swelling, this potato-based product will help break down and, therefore, remove impurities.

To clean, you will need only 3-4 tablespoons of starch, which should be poured into a bowl and 200-300 ml of water added there.

Stir the cleaning mixture, then turn on the heat and wait for the substance to boil, then leave the pan for half an hour, reducing the flame power to a minimum.

All that remains is to pour out the liquid and remove the carbon deposits using a scraper or sponge.
